The Valley of Mexico

The Mexico Valley Basin or Valley of Mexico is located in the central part of Mexico and it is home to Mexico City and its Metropolitan Area (MCMA).

This web page contains information on water management in the Basin such as general background on water management, focusing on groundwater which is the main water source in the Basin, accounting for near 80% of the total water supply.
